Natures Own Valerian 2000mg is used for:

Valerain is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine as an antispasmodic and muscle relaxant. It helps relieve nervous unrest, nervous tension and mild anxiety. The active ingredients in this product may be beneficial during times of stress to provide relief from sleeplessness and insomnia.

Each capsule contains: Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) extract equiv. to dry root 2000mg.
Directions
Relieving Anxiety: Adults: Take 1 capsule once a day.
Relieving Insomnia: Adults: Take 1 capsule with milk or herb tea 30 minutes before retiring,
or as advised by your healthcare professional. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional.
